National Truck Driver Appreciation Week is here with us, from September 13th to 19th. And this is the period for Truck drivers to feel appreciated. Truck drivers are the vital part of this country, and appreciation is the least we can do for them.

The drivers have always been tremendously crucial and have even outdone themselves during the tough times through the Covid-19 pandemic. They're ensuring the economy keep running as they move food supplies, medical products, and equipment throughout during the hard times. National Truck Driver Appreciation Week is one of fifty-two weeks in a year; and it should be theirs.

The response from industry was positively when the epidemic struck, and therefore deserve enormously appreciation for that. Different people and companies have taken up various means. And, it is all meant to recognize truck drivers' efforts. Also, some have even taken it to social media to pass their gratitude.

Service One Transportation is to gift drivers with sweatshirts with a vintage-style logo. Landstar System, Inc. is to award a Landstar owner-operator with a Freightliner Cascadia 126 if they win and deserve the gift. Averitt Express also has several things up for grabs, as is Shell Rotella, all in appreciation of truck drivers and their effort.
