J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. announced on February 7th that further changes in the
company's leadership are imminent. The Executive Vice President, David Mee, is expected to
leave his post as by March 1 st as he enters retirement. He is expected to hold the position of
advisor till April.

Mee had been at the company for almost thirty years, holding the position of the Chief Financial
Officer, which is to be taken up by John Kuhlow on an interim basis until a permanent
replacement is announced. Kuhlow is currently the senior vice president of finance, controller,
and chief accounting officer.

John Roberts, the CEO, reiterated how grateful they were to have had Mee for the 27 years of
dedication towards success. He wished Mee well in his future endeavors as he hoped for a
smooth transition in the leadership reshuffle.

An announcement on December 3rd indicated Terry Matthews, executive vice president and
president of intermodal, would retire effective April 1 st . J.B. Hunt is ranked at number 4 both on
Transport Topics Top 100 list of the largest for-hire carriers, and Transport Topics Top 50 list of
largest Logistics Companies in North America.
