In reports by FreightWaves, Continental AG announced that it is investing $90 million in a manufacturing facility in Mexico. Continental AG produces tires and industrial parts. The facility will be in the west-central Mexican city of Aguascalientes. This investment is an excellent thing for the people of the area. It is at first going to create 200 jobs for the people. It will also be the company's largest plant after they complete setting it up. It will rest on close to a million square feet. They plan to finish setting it up by the end of 2025.
The aim of the company is to establish Continental's presence in the American region. They plan to grow their industry business as much as possible. The demand for hydraulic hoses has grown. To answer this demand, they have come up with a plan to build a plant in the region.
The officials are adamant that the move will open up their access to even more industries. The new plant means that they will now have even more capacity, which means that they will be able to serve even more customers. It is not their first plan in Mexico; it will be the 22nd plant opened there. The company employs over 23,000 people who work for the success of the firm. Continental is making moves to expand its reach on the market.
3PL Outerspace is now in Arizona
